Return and refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your bag. If it doesn’t meet your expectations, our return and exchange process is simple and transparent.

Return Period

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In the original packaging

  • Free from any signs of wear or damage

Exchange Window

Exchanges can be requested within 10 days of delivery. If the item you desire is out of stock, you may choose an alternative bag or request a refund.

Refund Timing

Once we receive and inspect your returned bag, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect bag, please contact us immediately with photos. We will replace it or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

Non-returnable Items

For hygiene or customization reasons, certain items (like personalized bags) cannot be returned unless defective upon delivery.
